HR Senior Benefits Analyst Opportunity

PPS-HPS is seeking a proficient HR Senior Benefits Analyst to enhance our human resources operations.

In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with:

  • Maintaining precision in benefits enrollment processes
  • Crafting and implementing a comprehensive benefits administration strategy
  • Offering expert insights on benefits planning
  • Creating and executing forward-thinking benefits initiatives
  • Facilitating new employee orientations and onboarding
  • Regularly assessing and refining benefits offerings
  • Ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards

Preferred qualifications include:

Proven experience in developing standard operating procedures related to leave of absence and benefits management, as well as handling workers' compensation cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years in benefits administration
  • Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Thorough knowledge of HR best practices
  • In-depth understanding of benefits strategy and industry trends
  • Familiarity with federal and state compliance regulations
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, such as Workforce Now ADP
  • Background in a multi-site, multi-state operational environment
