Centurion Industries, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers in the educational, institutional, military, and governmental sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and foster relationships with key customers to ensure their roofing needs are met.
  • Create account targets and develop strategies with new and current clients.
  • Build value using product features and benefits and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
  • Create and maintain a network of referrals to create new opportunities.
  • Assess and survey in detail the conditions of existing roofs.
  • Maximize marketing data using applicable sales management software.
  • Maintain accurate records, including sales call reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation.
  • Assist in creating request for proposal (RFP) responses to potential clients.
  • Represent the company and perform professional presentations or demonstrations of our products at professional shows and trade exhibitions.
  • Conduct front-line assessments of market conditions and advise the company of findings.
  • Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products, competitor activities, and relevant research.
  • Conduct oneself in a professional manner that reflects integrity, sensitivity, and respect towards customers, suppliers, peers, subordinates, supervisors, and other key stakeholders of the company.

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of sales experience, preferably in B-to-B sales within the construction industry.
  • Experience in territory sales management is preferred.
  • Understanding of roofing products and roofing techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and a desire to deliver results.
  • Fast learner and quick thinker.
  • Passionate about sales and serving the clients' needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
