Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with developers, contractors, and project managers. Your primary goal will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, provide expert advice on material selection, design, and project specifications, and negotiate contracts to achieve and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and real estate development sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Provide expert advice on material selection, design, and project specifications to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the construction or related industries.
  • Proven success in securing and managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong network within the construction and real estate development sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Must be a team player and able to communicate with co-workers on a daily basis.
