Job Summary

The Department of Corrections Executive Leadership is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychologist Supervisor to lead the Psychological Services Unit at the Stanley Correctional Institution. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of offenders and contribute to the success of the Department of Corrections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, administer, and coordinate the Psychological Services Unit program
  • Supervise psychological staff and provide direct service to offenders
  • Provide consultation to institution administration and staff
  • Administer the clinical program to provide support services and ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines and program standards

Requirements

  • Current Wisconsin licensure as a Psychologist and maintain licensure during employment
  • Doctorate of Psychology (or equivalent) may be eligible for supplemental pay
  • Permanent License to practice Psychology may be eligible for supplemental pay

Work Environment

This position is based out of Stanley Correctional Institution in Stanley, WI (Chippewa County). The incumbent will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated professionals. The position requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
