Job Qualifications
  • Eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Virginia: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state where they will be practicing
Compensation and Benefits
  • Up to $111,700 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities
  • Guaranteed pay, paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, and additional bonus opportunities
  • Flexibility with your schedule, no-show protection, and full clinical caseload typically established within the first 90 days
  • Group health and dental, disability, life, and liability insurance options, a W2 employment model with access to a 401k program, and CEU reimbursement
What We Need
  • Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
  • Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children, with support provided
  • Candidates looking to grow into leadership roles or supervisors
  • Self-guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours
  • Strong character, integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care
