  • Provide assistance to customers via telephone, addressing inquiries related to claims, eligibility, referrals, billing, and care coordination with thorough research and timely responses. A quality performance standard of 90% accuracy is expected monthly, alongside a daily target of handling at least 60 inbound calls.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of each interaction.
  • Verify compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain account integrity.
  • Follow up on unresolved issues diligently.
  • Report recurring challenges and trends to management for continuous improvement.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements: A minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role within a call center environment is required, preferably in a healthcare context. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and IPA operations is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is essential.
