Role Summary:

The Multilingual Client Support Specialist plays a crucial role in fostering a culture centered around exceptional service and accountability. This position involves:

  • Program Assistance: Engaging in high-quality performance with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational consistency.
  • Team Collaboration: Supporting departmental objectives by working closely with colleagues to achieve both immediate and long-term goals.
  • Process Coordination: Managing specialized processes within the program to ensure efficiency.
  • Policy Interpretation: Addressing inquiries and clarifying policies and regulations for clients.
  • Data Management: Developing materials and preparing data for comprehensive reporting.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all processes adhere to regulatory standards by documenting workflows and procedures.
  • Project Representation: Acting as a liaison for the program on various projects, facilitating communication on specialized topics.
  • Quality Assurance: Conducting audits to maintain high service standards.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Completing other assigned tasks to support departmental operations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in eligibility and/or reconciliation.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in health insurance, particularly Medicare, and familiarity with regulatory agencies.
  • Knowledge of Medicare-related practices.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and one of the defined threshold languages (Arabic, Farsi, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Vietnamese).
