Culinary Artist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team at Delhi Indian Cuisine. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for our customers using fresh, seasonal ingredients. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

• Create menus that showcase our culinary expertise and cater to customer preferences
• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment to ensure efficient food preparation
• Prepare and present dishes in an appealing manner that meets our high standards
• Supervise and delegate tasks to other team members to maintain a smooth kitchen operation
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and restock as needed to ensure seamless service
• Follow all food safety regulations to ensure a safe and healthy dining environment
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef or management to support the success of our restaurant

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
• ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification is a must
• Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes is essential
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure is crucial
• Excellent time management skills are necessary to meet deadlines and maintain a smooth kitchen operation
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds, is required
