RideNow Powersports: A Career in Powersports Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Professional. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for assisting guests through the purchase process, selling the passion and excitement of powersports, and making introductions to other departments to ensure cross-selling of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests through the purchase process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
  • Sell the passion and excitement of powersports to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
  • Make introductions to other departments to ensure cross-selling of products and services, such as financing, insurance, and warranties.
  • Patiently and persistently follow up on all prospects and customers, using proactive sales techniques.
  • Follow a well-structured sales process to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the showroom and display of motorcycles in a manner appealing to customers.
  • Enter data into our CRM on all client information and interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with our brand, product knowledge, company information, sales, and company-wide events.
Requirements:
  • Riding experience and a current motorcycle endorsement are a must.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1+ year experience in customer service (customer-facing roles).
  • Minimum of 6+ months experience in sales with demonstrated closing skills.
  • Possess knowledge of multiple brands and products in the powersports industry.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and overtime.
  • Attention to detail and organized.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork- works well with others and helps even when not asked.
  • Proficiency with the Office Suite of applications, smartphone, email, and social media apps.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
