Job Title: Regional Sales Representative

Location: 100% remote with travel

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales representative to join our team at Interaction24, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, trade shows, email campaigns, CRM tools, and social media.

Cultivate and close leads given to sales representatives from clients.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, effectively managing the sales process from initial contact to closing.

Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.

Present and demonstrate clients' products/services to prospective clients, effectively articulating value propositions and addressing objections.

Collaborate closely with the engineering, lab, and service teams to develop the most effective cleaning process for customers.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking progress against targets and KPIs.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.

Must be able to speak Spanish.
