About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Campaign Coordinator to join our team at Lamar Advertising Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with account executives and customers to build innovative outdoor advertising campaigns that deliver results.

Responsibilities
  • Manage phone operator duties, greet the general public, and route and resolve information requests.
  • Keep the charting system updated daily with new contract/client information and the POP system.
  • Report on a daily basis all postings and download all proof of performance photos and distribute accordingly.
  • Assist Sales Manager and Account Executives with administrative duties, including proposals, contracts, photos, artwork orders, and material orders.
  • Resolve problems during the sales process by investigating, identifying solutions, notifying AE's, managers, and customers, and assisting daily where needed.
  • Coordinate and communicate panel locations in 'to be determined' situations.
Requirements
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Gmail applications.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Ability to timely and accurately enter and compile data.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • High level of organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written (Email) and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a systematic approach to detail-oriented work.
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and act on own initiative.
