Position Overview:

The Auto Glass Installation Specialist plays a crucial role in our operations, responsible for the precise and efficient installation and repair of auto glass. You will also identify opportunities to expand our services to new customers. By embodying our values, you will demonstrate respect and courtesy to all clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate chips, cracks, and breaks in auto glass and recommend the best repair solutions.
  • Execute repairs and replacements of auto glass following established protocols.
  • Ensure optimal use of materials and maintain an adequate inventory of necessary supplies in your vehicle.
  • Process payments and/or collect payment information from customers for services rendered.
  • Maintain the company vehicle and equipment in a clean, serviced, and functional condition.
  • Complete required documentation, including invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary, which may include cross-training in related roles.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in the auto glass industry is preferred.
  • Physical capability to lift heavy items, such as auto glass.
  • Ability to navigate tablet-based technology proficiently.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
