The Senior Brand Manager, Oncology Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing launch strategies for new brands in the oncology market. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Managed Markets, Manufacturing, Medical, Market Research, Forecasting, and Regulatory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute launch strategies for new brands in the oncology market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.
- Lead the development and execution of promotional speaker programs, including speaker training, materials development, and communications.
- Develop and implement brand websites, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Develop marketing promotional materials aligned with launch strategy.
- Manage brand budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
- Partner with Marketing Coordinate to negotiate contracts, MSAs, SOWs, and POs with vendors.
- Oversee the effectiveness of programs and initiatives, including success tracking criteria and KPIs.
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of the market and competitive landscape, identifying new market opportunities and actionable brand insights.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales/marketing or related field.
- Launch experience and brand marketing experience, including digital marketing.
- Oncology experience is a plus.
- Proven skills in brand marketing, market and competitive analysis, marketing program development, project management, and financial management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated passion for creating iconic and disruptive brands.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Passion for building breakthrough brands with strategies and tactics that deliver on customer needs.
- Strong analytical, project management, fiscal management, and decision-making skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment without losing focus on business goals.
