Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including regular follow-up and annual client visits
  • Ensure that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve client services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in investment management operations or bank loan agency/syndication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications
