About the Role

Dominium is seeking a highly skilled Senior Regional Asset Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the physical, financial, and operational aspects of our multifamily portfolio, consisting of market rate and affordable housing communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and analyze the performance of our multifamily communities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize the long-term value of our portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive portfolio performance and advance our business goals.
  • Prepare and present reports, data, and other information to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property management, project partners, and limited partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily asset management, preferably in affordable housing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Yardi experience a plus.
