About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Asset Liability to join our team at Hilltop Holdings. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive models to measure and analyze interest rate risk
  • Lead the development of quality asset liability reporting for senior leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and interpret business trends
  • Support management with complex projects, including NII and NIM forecasting and analysis
  • Present reports and analysis to executive-level management, auditors, and regulators
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in asset/liability management, interest rate risk management, or a related discipline in the financial services industry
  • Experience with Bancware or similar A/L software
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across lines of business
  • Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, including OCC, FDIC, Basel III, and the Federal Reserve's regulations
