Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at The Golub Corporation. As a key member of our Front End operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Front End associates to provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service
  • Oversee the entire Front End operation, including customer checkout, bottle return, cleaning, and parking lot maintenance
  • Ensure all Front End policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager in communicating company programs and policies to Front End associates
  • Train and supervise cashiers, bottle associates, and service clerks
  • Schedule associates and perform administrative tasks
  • Maintain cashier controls and security, and ensure cash controls and over/short policies are adhered to
  • Ensure an adequate level of supplies necessary to operate the Front End area of the store and maintain expense control
  • Responsible for cash control of all media's collected at registers, according to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain detailed and accurate cashier log books to provide audit information necessary in accordance with company regulations
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Satisfactory Performance Reviews
  • Strong Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years related experience preferred.
