Job Description

As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with customers, providing follow-up support as needed. You will also be responsible for educating and informing customers about insurance options, using a customer-focused, needs-based approach. Additionally, you will lead and succeed by generating leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing our products and services.
