Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Registrar to join our team at Mission Health. As a key member of our revenue cycle management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate registration of patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview patients to obtain all necessary account information, including demographic and insurance details.
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-certification/authorization as needed.
  • Calculate and collect patient liability amounts.
  • Ensure that all necessary signatures are obtained for treatments and services.
  • Process patient charts according to established productivity standards.
Requirements
  • 1 year of related experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
