Global Account Coordinator

The International Account Administrator plays a crucial role in the daily management of customer orders for BUNN's global clientele. This position is tasked with overseeing and maintaining the intricacies of orders received through various channels. The Account Administrator collaborates with clients on product selection, logistics, compliance with international trade regulations, and other essential customer service functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently processes quotes and customer orders across all types with a high degree of professionalism;
- Identifies and evaluates customer requirements to ensure satisfaction;
- Manages the application and upkeep of all necessary export authorizations and documentation;
- Tracks order status, inventory levels, and communicates anticipated shipping dates to customers;
- Engages with customers in a courteous and professional manner to address issues related to the order process;
- Resolves current or potential customer issues with precision and provides suitable solutions;
- Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders regarding the status of returns;
- Continuously monitors areas of concern and follows up with the responsible teams;
- Documents all customer interactions in Salesforce for record-keeping;
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information with discretion;
- Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, with team members across all organizational levels;
- Manages multiple tasks and project loads simultaneously;
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives and lean processes within the company;
- Completes special projects, assignments, or additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess an Associate degree in Business, International Studies, or a related field, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in export logistics and documentation is advantageous. A minimum of three to five years in customer service is preferred. Familiarity with SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus, and bilingual capabilities are also beneficial. Candidates should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, active listening, and the ability to research and analyze for effective problem-solving. The ability to manage simultaneous requests, work independently, and collaborate effectively is essential. Attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and well-developed interpersonal skills are required. Candidates should be organized, able to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain composure under pressure.
