  • Continuously monitors areas of concern and follows up with the relevant teams;
  • Documents all customer interactions in Salesforce for record-keeping;

  • Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues at all organizational levels;
  • Manages multiple tasks and project loads simultaneously;
  • Contributes to company-wide quality improvement initiatives and lean processes;
  • Undertakes special projects, assignments, or additional duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should possess a minimum of an Associate degree in Business, International Studies, or a related field, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in export logistics and documentation is advantageous. A background of three to five years in customer service is preferred. Familiarity with SAP and/or Salesforce is beneficial; bilingual candidates are also encouraged. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage customer order communications effectively through phone and email. Other essential skills include strong written and verbal communication abilities, active listening, research and analytical skills for problem-solving, and the capacity to handle multiple requests. Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of learning and communicating new processes swiftly, and adept at identifying issues and proposing solutions. A professional demeanor, accountability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required, along with well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
