  • Communicates with both internal and external stakeholders regarding the status of returns;
  • Continuously monitors areas of concern and follows up with the relevant teams;
  • Documents all customer interactions in Salesforce;
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information;
  • Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues at all organizational levels;
  • Manages multiple tasks and project loads efficiently;
  • Contributes to the company’s quality improvement and lean initiatives;
  • Undertakes special projects, assignments, or other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should possess a minimum of an Associate degree in Business, International Studies, or a related field, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in export logistics and documentation is advantageous. A background of three to five years in customer service is preferred. Familiarity with SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus, as is bilingual proficiency. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage communications regarding customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. Other essential skills include strong written and verbal communication abilities, active listening, research and analytical problem-solving skills, and the capacity to handle multiple requests simultaneously. The ideal candidate will work effectively across functions, independently, and collaboratively, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn and communicate new processes and technologies. Candidates should be confident, accountable, and capable of making informed decisions while maintaining professionalism in all communications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are also required.
