Global Account Coordinator

The International Account Administrator plays a crucial role in the daily management of customer orders for BUNN's global clientele. This position entails overseeing and maintaining the specifics of orders received through various channels. The Administrator collaborates with clients on product selection, logistics, compliance with global trade regulations, and additional customer service requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently and accurately processes customer quotes and orders of all types, ensuring a high level of professionalism;
- Identifies and evaluates customer needs to ensure satisfaction;
- Manages the application and upkeep of all necessary export authorizations and documentation;
- Tracks order status, inventory levels, and communicates expected shipping dates to customers;
- Engages with customers in a courteous and professional manner to address any issues related to the order process;
- Resolves current or potential issues faced by customers with precision and efficiency, providing suitable solutions and alternatives;
- Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders regarding the status of returns;
- Continuously monitors areas of concern and follows up with the responsible teams;
- Documents all customer interactions in Salesforce;
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information with discretion;
- Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, with team members across all levels of the organization;
- Manages multiple assignments and project loads simultaneously;
- Contributes to the company's quality improvement and lean initiatives;
- Completes special projects, assignments, or other duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess an Associate degree in Business, International Studies, or a related field, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree. Experience in export logistics and documentation is advantageous. A minimum of three to five years in customer service is preferred. Familiarity with SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus, as is bilingual proficiency. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage customer orders through phone and email communications accurately and efficiently. Other essential skills include strong written and verbal communication, active listening, research and analytical problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously. The candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of learning and communicating new processes and technologies swiftly, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
