Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales to lead our Strategic team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of Enterprise Account Executives, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve revenue goals
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define and implement a successful sales process
- Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity
- 8+ years of experience managing high-performing software sales teams
- 4+ years of experience managing an Enterprise sales team within major or large accounts
- Successful track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as a manager and individual contributor in Strategic sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of business acumen and understanding of how revenue leaders think
