The Clinic

The Job

We are seeking a compassionate and thoughtful Patient Services Representative to join our team in Green Bay, WI. The typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm. No Holidays No Weekends.

  • Greet and check in patients.
  • Assist patients in filling out patient forms.
  • Answer phones, take messages, and route calls when necessary.
  • Develop patient charts.
  • Enter pertinent information into patient charts.
  • Schedule patient appointments.
  • Collect co-payments from patients.
  • Perform general office duties.
  • Respect and maintain confidentiality.
  • Work in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner at all times.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a high school education or equivalent.
  • Post high school coursework in Medical Terminology and/or HealthCare Business Services is appropriate.
  • Must have a working knowledge of medical terms and health insurance.
  • Must possess strong desktop computer skills.
  • Experience with EPIC is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a medical setting is preferred.
