Executive Sales Consultant

Bayer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Specialty Sales Consultant to join our team in the United States. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Build and develop professional relationships with key customers, including cardiology and pulmonology specialists.
- Drive appropriate utilization of approved pulmonary arterial hypertensive and cardiovascular renal products.
- Work closely with other Bayer commercial associates to generate pull-through within local payers, community HCPs, and specialty pharmacies.
- Leverage expertise and knowledge of PAH, diabetes, CVD, the marketplace, and applicable competitors to anticipate and effectively manage business opportunities and challenges.
- Provide relevant, thoughtful input to other commercial colleagues on strategic and tactical planning for territory, area, and region.
- Develop and implement effective customer-specific territory plans.
- Communicate insights to internal stakeholders and prioritize time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of appropriate physician specialists based on opportunity and potential.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Pharmaceutical sales experience is required.
- Proven track record of consistent high performance.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster an environment that promotes ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Valid Driver's License and eligibility to drive a company car or pooled vehicle.
- Advanced degree a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Orphan disease or specialty cardiovascular experience.
- Experience in the promotion of pulmonary arterial hypertension and cardiovascular pharmaceuticals.
- Product/new indication launch experience.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and computer capabilities.
- Virtual Selling Experience.
- Strong local relationships with HCPs and understanding of local market.
Bayer offers a competitive salary range of $129,196.00 - $193,000.00, plus additional compensation may include a bonus or commission. We also offer a range of benefits, including health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, and more.
