Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new opportunities for Crete United's Cabling and Security team. This role requires a high-energy individual with a proven track record of successful sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a competitive growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with high-volume customers to achieve organic growth and long-term company objectives.
  • Deliver new customers to achieve organizational and revenue objectives.
  • Manage customer input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines.
  • Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.
  • Manage day-to-day customer communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new, and upcoming projects.
Requirements:
  • BA in business administration or similar relevant field experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience with the Cabling/Security field preferred, selling direct to owner.
  • Demonstrable sales results and an established book of business.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $80K - $120K base annual salary (DOE) and lucrative performance-based, uncapped commission structure.
