Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Specialist to join our team at Paychex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality service to Paychex clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution and compliance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Paychex products and industry policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with leaders to implement changes.
  • Utilize systems and software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS, to efficiently manage client interactions.
  • Document all interactions and serve as a mentor for less experienced teammates.
  • Perform data input tasks with strong prioritization and organization skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $/hourly. Please note that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package.
