Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Care Coordinator/Center Nurse to join our team at Cynergy Rehab Group/Arkids Pediatric Day Centers. Key Responsibilities
  • Enrollment and Coordination
    • Develop and implement strategies to promote Center growth and enrollment
    • Coordinate with primary care physicians, therapists, and other personnel to ensure seamless patient care
    • Manage the enrollment process, including scheduling evaluations and submitting referrals
    • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information
  • Center Nurse Responsibilities
    • Provide medical care and support to patients, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs
    • Collaborate with the Center Director and other staff to ensure continuity of care
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
    • Monitor and report any adverse reactions or medical issues
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure seamless care
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate communication
    • Provide education and support to patients and families on medical procedures and care
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation
    • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and billing
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
    • Current licensure in the state of Arkansas
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education or working with children with special needs
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Certifications and Clearances
    • Clear criminal record check
    • Arkansas child and adult maltreatment regulatory checks
    • FBI regulatory check, including national sex offender registry
