Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care to patients
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans that address the physical, mental, and social needs of patients
  • Typically see 12 to 15 patients per day, with a focus on quality over quantity
  • Participate in quality metrics and bonus incentives to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency
