  • Front Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Patient Communication: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage patient appointments, coordinate with healthcare providers, and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train Patient Care Coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, ensuring that all patients receive exceptional care and service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Proven leadership ability and experience in a medical office setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Windows and Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Some college coursework preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a medical related customer service role.
  • Language: Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
  • Immunizations: Required immunizations and vaccinations.
  • Lifting and Pushing: Ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds and push or pull heavy objects using up to 100 pounds of force.
  • Standing and Sitting: Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
  • Color Vision: Ability to discriminate shades of color when reading a dipstick.
