- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage patient appointments, coordinate with healthcare providers, and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train Patient Care Coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, ensuring that all patients receive exceptional care and service.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Proven leadership ability and experience in a medical office setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Windows and Office.
- Education: Some college coursework preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a medical related customer service role.
- Language: Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.
- Immunizations: Required immunizations and vaccinations.
- Lifting and Pushing: Ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds and push or pull heavy objects using up to 100 pounds of force.
- Standing and Sitting: Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
- Color Vision: Ability to discriminate shades of color when reading a dipstick.
