Job Summary

Yale University is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Diversity Equity Inclusion Training Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, designing, and facilitating diversity equity inclusion and belonging learning and development programs, providing coaching and consultation, and learning and development to support system-wide DEI engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, design, and facilitate diversity equity inclusion and belonging learning and development programs
  • Provide coaching and consultation to support system-wide DEI engagement
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge by researching DEI training best practices and emerging trends
  • Collaborate with department leadership and other key stakeholders to conduct needs analysis and develop educational products
  • Implement accountability measures and metrics to track, evaluate, and report on the progress of DEI and L&D objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, or related field
  • Minimum of four years of related experience
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully engage diverse audiences through creative facilitated instructor-led training programs
  • Excellent communicator, presenter, facilitator, and writer
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or certification
  • Working knowledge of communication principles, media, and marketing techniques
  • Knowledge of academic curricula
