### Competitive Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with a generous match component. ### Job Description

As a Lead Guest Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks. Your primary duties will include supervising employees, coaching and developing team members, and ensuring the execution of established safety and security policies. You'll also be responsible for operating the point of sale, maintaining proper cash levels, and ensuring all store housekeeping functions are completed.

### Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to multitask with ease. You'll also need to be available to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Our ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
