Strategic Accounting Leader

IntegriChain is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Accounting to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership across accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and overseeing internal auditing processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate financial management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management. A CPA certification is required, and experience in public accounting is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to lead global teams and manage resources across multiple geographies.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes and reporting
- Establishing internal auditing processes and coordinating external audits
- Developing accounting professionals and providing technical and operational leadership across accounting functions
- Overseeing cash management functions, including corporate cash, customer cash for rebates, cash flow forecasts, and reporting
- Managing key financial calendars and executing periodic financial tasks
- Supervising and overseeing audit, financial reporting, quality of close, and other accounting functions
- Supporting M&A diligence activities and integration
- Directing cash management for both corporate cash balances and customer rebate cash
- Preparing and reporting against monthly cash flow forecasts
- Planning and executing special projects as assigned by the CFO
