Position Title: Lead Assembler - Line Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all duties associated with assembler I/II roles.
  • Utilize critical thinking and judgment to address challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Access and manage information efficiently within the ERP system as required.
  • Facilitate team meetings to share relevant job-related insights.
  • Independently resolve issues within the established authority.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on various departmental processes, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives while addressing production-related challenges.
  • Demonstrate commitment to team objectives, maintaining clear communication and accountability.
  • Assume lead responsibilities as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in complex assembly or a related field.

Physical Requirements: The role involves regular communication and manual dexterity, with the employee frequently required to stand and walk. Occasionally, the position may necessitate bending, stooping, or reaching overhead. The employee must be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds. This role also entails extended periods of computer-based work, necessitating close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel may be required.
