Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all duties associated with assembler I/II roles.
- Utilize initiative and critical thinking to address challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Efficiently access and manage information within the ERP system as required.
- Facilitate team meetings to share job-related insights and independently resolve issues within your authority.
- Provide training to team members on various departmental processes, including work instructions and standard practices.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and address production-related challenges.
- Maintain accountability by consistently following through on team commitments and effective communication.
- Assume lead responsibilities as necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in complex assembly or a related field.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to communicate verbally and audibly, as well as manipulate objects or controls.
- Frequently required to stand and walk; occasional bending, stooping, or reaching above shoulder height may be necessary.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- This position involves significant computer-based work, necessitating periods of sitting and close vision with the ability to adjust focus.
- Occasional travel may be required.
