Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all duties associated with assembler I/II roles.
- Utilize initiative and sound judgment to lead problem-solving efforts and implement effective countermeasures.
- Efficiently access information and conduct transactions within the ERP system as required.
- Facilitate team meetings and share relevant job-related information.
- Independently resolve issues within the designated authority level.
- Regularly train team members on various departmental aspects, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and address production-related challenges.
- Maintain accountability by consistently following through on team commitments and communication.
- Assume lead responsibilities as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex assembly or a related field.

Physical Requirements:

In performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to communicate verbally and audibly, as well as manipulate objects or controls with their hands. The role necessitates regular standing and walking, with occasional bending, stooping, or reaching above shoulder height. The employee must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.

Specific job conditions involve frequent and continuous computer-based tasks, necessitating periods of sitting, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel may be required.
