Accounting Assistant Role at Advantex Inc.

This position offers a full-time opportunity to assist our skilled Accounting Manager. We seek an individual who is proficient in QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare regular and special journal entries
  • Document disbursements and accrued expenses utilizing QuickBooks
  • Input deposits and other credits into QuickBooks
  • Reconcile bank statements through QuickBooks
  • Create financial documents such as Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Statements
  • Manage vendor records and process tax documents including W-9s and Form-1099s

  • Effective at resolving issues
  • Skilled in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

Compensation: The initial hourly wage is $12 during the training phase, with a subsequent salary and benefits package to be provided.
