Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our Senior Living Community in delivering exceptional care and services to our residents. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the community, including financial management, sales and marketing, and resident services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the community team, ensuring alignment with Sunrise Senior Living's mission and values.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the community budget, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Sales and Marketing: Drive sales and marketing efforts to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  • Resident Services: Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents, including customer service, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the community operates efficiently and effectively, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or social services.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in senior living or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and team members. Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
