We're looking for a skilled Guest Service Agent (Overnight) to join our team. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer-facing role, a high school diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of the local area, services, attractions, and events. You should also be flexible, able to work overnights, weekends, and holidays, and thrive under pressure while managing multiple arrivals and departures within a short period.

In this role, you will act as an advocate for the hotel, create personal experiences for our guests, and develop relationships that will compel them to return. Your responsibilities will include reviewing arrivals, checking in and out guests, answering phone calls, completing checklists, conducting room assignments, following key control policies, and submitting lost and found articles.
