Key Responsibilities

  • Assure that all incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handled deliveries efficiently.
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees at the front desk, providing them with any necessary directions or information.
  • Make appointments for employees and ensure that the calendar is current and correct.

Our ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
