Sales Account Executive

As a Sales Account Executive at Comau, you will have the opportunity to drive growth and shape the future of customer management activities in Industrial Automation. The role involves building customer relationships, analyzing opportunities, and implementing winning sales strategies and plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the industrial automation sector.
- Analyzing customer needs and developing tailored sales strategies to meet their requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions.
- Developing and executing sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or related field.
- Five or more years of experience as a Sales Account Executive in the industrial automation systems sector.
- Knowledge of industrial automation processes, applications, and solutions used in automotive manufacturing production systems.
- Strong customer management, commercial business strategy, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%.
Experience selling Industrial Automation Solutions to European Automotive OEMs is a plus.
