Job Title: Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Med Source MI. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving the development of local, national, and international sales, maintaining key customer relationships, and developing and implementing strategies for expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our company, promoting our services and gathering and exchanging information
  • Represent our company at industry functions, conferences, tradeshows, seminars, and meetings
  • Inform clients of updates regarding policy changes, services, and physicians
  • Assist in resolving client concerns related to service and report quality issues in a timely manner
  • Visit physicians as necessary and assist with physician recruiting efforts
  • Evaluate the results of overall sales efforts regularly and report these results to the Director of Sales and Marketing
  • Continuously analyze the market and competition, identifying external threats and opportunities, and adapt our sales strategy accordingly
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales, or 2 years of related experience in outside sales
  • Industry experience in IME, worker's comp, case management, or legal services is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of claims management relative to liability defense is preferred
  • Must hold a valid state driver's license
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, looks for ways to improve and promote quality, and monitors own work to ensure quality is met
  • Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations
  • Demonstrates the ability to problem-solve and develop alternative solutions when dealing with client issues or emotional topics
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be able to demonstrate team behavior and be willing to promote a positive team-oriented environment
