Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our front office team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in communicating effectively with patients, colleagues, and other team personnel, while upholding our commitment to providing the highest quality of care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and other team members
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the front office
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of business college preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to type 50 words per minute
