The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate communications, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute comprehensive communications plans to support business objectives
* Manage media relations, including press releases, media outreach, and crisis communications
* Oversee employee communications, including internal newsletters, company announcements, and employee engagement initiatives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement communications strategies
* Provide strategic counsel to senior executives on communications matters

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
* Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate communications, with a strong background in media relations and employee communications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling press releases and internal communications
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior executives, media representatives, and employees
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
