Job Title: VP Finance, Americas

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to join our team as the VP Finance, Americas. This role will drive financial strategy, optimize financial performance, and ensure robust financial controls across the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic and commercial finance business partner to the Regional President, providing guidance on financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Lead and manage all finance operations for the Americas region, driving financial strategy to optimize performance across approximately £220M in revenue and 460 employees.
  • Oversee cost accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate financial goals.
  • Manage financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting for the region at both a regional and global level.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and strong internal controls.
  • Oversee the IT function for the region, ensuring systems and processes support business objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a senior finance business partner, with significant years of experience managing multi-site operations within a publicly held corporation.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills, with sharp commercial acumen - possessing the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
