Job Description

As a key member of Entravision's Marketing Department, the Branded Content Marketing Lead will leverage their creativity, marketing expertise, and understanding of Spanish language media audiences to drive success in our branded content programs across linear and digital platforms. This exciting opportunity allows you to be an integral part of the creative center of the company's U.S. media division, influencing innovative and engaging multi-platform proposals and executions nationwide.

The Branded Content Marketing Lead reports directly to the Head of Branded Content and will be responsible for ideating and creating multi-platform and multi-asset campaign ideas that effectively connect the company's offerings. The ideal candidate will bring their unique blend of creativity and collaboration to the table, exceling at connecting different products and strategies to convince and wow clients every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ideate with the marketing team to create innovative, engaging, and effective branded content concepts for clients
  • Provide concept one-sheets and mini-decks to meet sales/client needs
  • Coordinate/write scripts as needed for production (Radio, TV, digital video)
  • Collaborate with marketing production and CES teams to optimize the effectiveness of content ideas
  • Connect with Sales department leadership and team to ensure synergy and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest media and platform trends

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, content ideation, and/or marketing strategy
  • Extensive experience in a Marketing Department or Advertising Agency setting within a strategy or execution perspective
  • Understanding of Spanish language media and audiences
  • Excellent writing and concepting skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suites

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Spanish Language Media Marketing Strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and marketing's role in the sales process
