Job Overview

USG Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Broker to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a sales or brokerage role
  • Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance, including coverages, rating, and terminology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
