Position Overview

As a Financial Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their financial journeys. Our comprehensive training program is designed to cultivate exceptional Registered Representatives who are dedicated to building enduring relationships while demonstrating a strong interest in financial analysis, estate planning, and investment opportunities.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Preferred qualifications include FINRA Series 7/6, SIE, and 63/66, though not mandatory
  • A foundational understanding of the financial advisory landscape and a genuine interest in financial products is crucial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, financial planning tools, CRM software, and related applications is essential
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and numerical skills are necessary for effective client service
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate clients' cash flow, debt-to-income ratios, and overall financial health to help them define and reach their financial objectives
  • Provide tailored product, plan, and investment recommendations to facilitate clients' financial growth
  • Serve as a reliable advisor for new clients, actively pursuing and nurturing connections
  • Embrace a collaborative approach, remaining open to ongoing education and professional development
  • Develop customized financial plans that align with clients' life stages and individual needs
  • Stay abreast of market trends to leverage your expertise effectively
  • Offer support and guidance to clients during pivotal moments in their financial journeys

$60,000 - $130,000 annually
