Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to support youth development programs
  • Lead the development and implementation of program evaluation tools and calendars
  • Provide training and support to staff on program quality and fidelity
  • Collaborate with branch leadership to ensure alignment with association goals
  • Ensure safety is always prioritized in youth development programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in YMCA work or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in school programming
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in camp programming
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fundraising
  • Director qualifications for DHS
  • Current CPR/AED/First Aid/O2 Certification
  • Volunteer and staff supervision experience
  • Knowledge and experience in budgeting, fiscal management, financial development, and community relations
Preferred Qualifications
  • YMCA Organizational Leader certification
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish
  • Degree in Education
